If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit forms. Formal audit engagements are governed by a separate engagement letter signed by both parties; that letter prevails over website copy if there is a conflict.

Services described

Pages describing financial auditing engagements are informational. Fee ranges are indicative. A binding scope, fee, and timetable exist only after an engagement letter is executed.

Intellectual property

Text, branding, and design on this site belong to Apiengage or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. You may quote short excerpts with attribution for non-commercial reference.

User submissions

When you send an inquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate to your knowledge and that you have authority to share it. Do not submit confidential personal data of third parties without a lawful basis.

Liability

The website is provided as a general information resource. Apiengage is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content. Nothing on the site constitutes an audit opinion, assurance conclusion, or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use.

Professional relationship

Submitting a form does not create an auditor–client relationship. That relationship begins only when an engagement letter is signed and any stated conditions precedent are met.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taipei shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

We may update these terms periodically. The version posted on this page applies from the date of publication.
